1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Vedic Destiny ("Service"), operated at vedicdestiny.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
2. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- One person may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts may be terminated.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Subscription Plans
Vedic Destiny offers free and paid subscription plans:
- Free Plan: Limited access to basic Kundli generation and birth profiles.
- Paid Plans (Pro, Premium): Additional features including AI reports, increased profile limits, and monthly credit allocations.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly as selected at the time of purchase.
- Prices are displayed in INR and USD. Applicable taxes (GST) will be added at checkout.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Refunds are governed by our refund policy. Partial month refunds are generally not provided for cancellations mid-cycle.
4. Credits
- Credits are a virtual currency used to generate premium reports within the Service.
- Credits can be earned through subscription plans (monthly allocation) or purchased separately via credit packs.
- Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
- Monthly subscription credits that are unused do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
- Each report type has a specific credit cost, displayed before generation.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, design, code, algorithms, and branding of the Service are the intellectual property of Vedic Destiny.
- Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit generated reports without our written permission.
- You retain ownership of the birth data you provide.
6. Disclaimer - Nature of Astrological Services
Important: Please read this section carefully.
- Vedic astrology readings and reports provided by this Service are for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only.
- Our Service is not a substitute for professional advice in medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters.
- Astrological predictions and interpretations are based on traditional Vedic principles and AI analysis, and should be treated as guidance, not certainty.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any astrological reading to your specific life circumstances.
- You acknowledge that life outcomes depend on free will, actions, and many factors beyond astrological indications.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Vedic Destiny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for any decisions you make based on astrological readings, reports, or predictions provided by the Service.
- We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or errors in astrological calculations beyond our reasonable control.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service
- Create fake or fraudulent accounts
- Share your account credentials with others
- Resell or commercially redistribute generated reports
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
- Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
